About

Supporting the Brazilian

Organics & Sustainables production.

Organics Brazil is a development program started in 2005 as an initiative of Apex-Brazil – Brazilian Agency for Export and Investment Promotion. It was implemented through an agreement with IPD – Development Promotion Institute – and funds from the Ministry of Industry and Trade. Its goal is to promote Brazilian organic products and foster business generation in the international market.

To reach consumers worldwide, Organics Brazil has undertaken a series of promotional activities over the years, participating in the main world trade fairs of the organic sector. The program makes room for members to present their products, marking their presence in catalogs and ads in specialized publications, and making direct contact with customers and international buyers.

Institutional Effort

Organics Brazil is a huge institutional effort, led by the Federal Government, by the sector’s representative agencies, and Brazilian producers and suppliers. All of them work together to increase organic and sustainable production. Today, the program includes more than 50 companies, offering more than 1,000 agricultural, agri-ecological, agribusiness products, cosmetics and textiles.

Organics Brazil associated companies maintain their own identity and action strategies, respecting the principles, values and best practices associated with organic and sustainable production. The program provides support to members through training, business rounds, commercial and promotional intelligence and other initiatives.

The Organics Brazil brand is associated with the continuous improvement of the Brazilian organic and sustainable production. We are proud to be part of this history of huge success, which has many, many more chapters still to come.
